Why May 21st,2011 is NOT the end of the world……….

Dear Family & Friends,

I know, again a group of crazies think May 21st, 2011 is the end of the world. I tell you it will not happen on Saturday. Jesus says in Luke 12:40 ,“40 You also must be ready all the time, for the Son of Man will come when least expected.”  So, since people are expecting the end of days, on a certain date, they will always be wrong. Heck, it could even happen as your reading this sentence.

Who wants to live life, knowing when Christ is going to come? I pretty sure don’t want to know. We should live out our lives living God’s purpose, instead of waiting around. God does not say wait for me and do nothing. He says to spread his word, according to Matthew 28:18-20,

18 Jesus came and told his disciples, “I have been given all authority in heaven and on earth. 19 Therefore, go and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit. 20 Teach these new disciples to obey all the commands I have given you. And be sure of this: I am with you always, even to the end of the age.”

God Bless,
