Game ban case: Resolved

You may remember a video I posted last year about why I thought the video game ban idea was stupid. Well, the people like me have won our case. The Supreme Court has shot down the law as unconstitutional. They reasoned that video games are just like other mediums, like books and films. And obviously violent books like Cujo, and films like Saw, are not banned. So why ban m rated games? I haven’t met any kid who has been able to buy an m rated game without their parent. Walmart and other places that sell games would be in huge trouble.

The Court has fulfilled its purpose. Protecting the rights we as Americans hold dear.
